I Was alerted to this auction on Ebay for an extremely rare prototype of Tengen Tetris that was licensed by Nintendo for play on the Nintendo Entertainment System, oh so many years ago. This version is rare as there are only three prototypes of this cartridge known to exist, I have personally verified with all three owners and various collectors and industry professionals, that there has not been any other versions of this prototype found.

The prototype was housed in a modified Duck Hunt cartridge, the other two known prototypes are housed in a Gyromite and Mike Tyson's Punch Out cartridge respectively. This was common with prototypes back in the day, companies didn't produce cartridge artwork and such and apply it to prototypes early on since it was a costly endeavor.
