think back how did you first start gaming? For me it all began on the Sega Genesis with the original Sonic. Did you start at home, an arcade, or maybe a friends house? Do share your story.

My big brothers received an NES on Christmas 1988. I rarely got to play because I was the youngest, but that was the start of it all.

I started in late 1993 with Sonic the hedgehog on the sega master system and it would be 10 years later that I found out there was a megadrive/genesis version.

Atari 2600...

Playing ET, Asteroids, Superman, Spider-man, and Ghostbusters..
I swear ET should have scared me for life... haha!!

Wow I did not know anyone had the master system version first.

First games would be..

Elevator Action Arcade Game was the first game I ever played back in 86-87
Combat for the 2600 at a cousins in the same time frame.
Legend of Zelda at a old friends house in 88
Got my NES Action Set, along with Metroid, and Mario 2 on Christmas 89

Atari 2600 for me too, as well as arcade games like Super Mario Bros., Ninja Gaiden and Super C.
