Yeah It's pretty tough to have absolutly no stats on the podcast. The last days of podomatic is when I was at my peak in listener ship. I want to make sure the show is going out to as many people as possible. |

Stats are, unfortunately, the lifeblood of advertising and getting sponsors. This is why so many companies are against advertising on "just a podcast" because they want stats and 99% of the shows out there don't have them. They have to roll in stats of their site, which we all know, are not indicative of the listener base of the show.
Take VGC Radio for instance. We put out one episode and went on hiatus (nothing really worth saying so we shut up). That episode still averages about 150 to 500 downloads a month. The main site though, reaches about 60,000 readers a month. Big difference. _________________ <img src="http://www.gamersgate.com/ggtagi/2557041" width="225" height="198" border="0" alt="GG Tag"> |
