I found the megaman deathmatch mod online. It appears to be a completely independent game rather than a doom2 mod which we could just use in skulltag. I think there is only single player available right now since only the demo is out. But you can take a look at it here:

I have to mess with it a bit more. It apears that it is in fact a regular wad, however this isnt an add on like the invasion wads we get from servers, this is a complete wad on it's own. That means two things.

1. You won't need Doom2.wad to play.

2. You will have to manually drop the new wad in your skulltag folder and run that specific file and manually connect to play.

So here is the deal. The new version of skulltag is sporting megaman servers!! WOO! All you have to do is go to the site in the original post of this thread, download the demo for mega man death match, drop the contents of that file in your skulltag directory, then you're good to go. You will know the megaman servers because the IWAD will say something like Megaman instead of Doom2.wad. I suggest everyone test it out before we try something like a megaman doom night.
