I would post some of the physical threats I have received in PM's and such but well, they aren't pretty. Maybe I will post the e-mail that dude sent me with a pic of Mapquest to my house (course, the dumbass left his address on there in the directions so I probably shouldn't post that). lol I have a few thousand of them.

You could shoot the vegemite with me on WSCast to talk about it in a TOTALLY unedited fashion. :P

You'll know what I mean if you've ever listened to the podcast. lol

I will think about it, Dhalamar. I am trying to not stir the pot too much since we are working with some rather high profile companies now at Out-of-Print. You guys will see when the Phoenix is revealed. It is just the beginning of working with companies to preserve their works. We have been contacted by another major publisher to work on their stuff and will be making that announcement later in 2011 (plus the Smithsonian deal, the movie, etc).

Just to give people a taste of what I deal with, I am a member at Atari Age. I have had my password to my account changed, I have had members that made attacks at me in the forums or in PM's blocked from contacting me to only have them unblocked "mysteriously" and even had my account information changed. There is a lot of water under the bridge between me and Atari Age moderators.

They can do what they want though, I am not going anywhere.

You could just answer everything using a Macintosh text to speech thing from a Mac 128k. haha

Like what I have installed on my PR site where it reads the post to you (mainly for the visually impaired)?

I guess, I dunno. I was thinking more of an identity hiding thing. Razz

I am not too worried about keeping my identity secret, that isn't the problem. It is a case of just keeping it professional considering who Out-of-Print works with now.

Oh, speaking of which ... I've got a Computer Shopper from 1990 or 1991 (back when a 14" VGA monitor cost an arm, a leg and a kidney) that I can send in.

You know the ones, the son of a bitches are about as thick as the old phone books? heh
